The Park Opens this Week!

Six Flags Over Georgia is set to welcome thrill-seekers back as the iconic amusement park opens its gates this week for the 2025 season. Park officials have announced several new attractions alongside returning favorites like the Goliath and Twisted Cyclone roller coasters. Visitors can expect enhanced food options, upgraded entertainment venues, and streamlined entry processes. The park has also implemented new safety protocols and additional guest services throughout the grounds. Special opening week promotions include discounted season passes and exclusive early access hours for members.

The park opens on March 15th at 11:00 am. Go out and have some fun!

My personal advice: don’t eat two chili cheese dogs before getting on a roller coaster.

From our sponsor, 5th Street Poker League

Get out and play some poker with your friends! 5th Street Poker has games every night of the week. Also, there will be fundraiser events most Saturday nights during the year in which you can compete for real cash and contribute to great charities.

A Poker Tournament Benefitting the Marco Scholarship is being held on March 15th at Stars & Strikes in Cumming. Come out to compete for a piece of the $1,750.00 total prize pool.

Dad joke of the week

Why are elevator jokes so good? They work on so many levels.
